You should be comfortable managing multiple complex initiatives while bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do
Lead Conferences and Events
  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, industry trade shows, virtual executive roundtables, and company-hosted events.

  • Lead project management for Blooming Days, including in-person summits and virtual programming.

  • Partner with company leadership to define event objectives, audiences, themes, and success measures.

  • Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline generated through conferences, webinars, and Blooming Days events.

Manage Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives
  • Coordinate the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on progress, risks, priorities, and upcoming deadlines.

Strengthen Marketing Operations
  • Oversee the effective use of HubSpot across marketing automation, attribution, data hygiene, and Sales alignment.

  • Partner with internal operations and automation resources on routine platform maintenance.

  • Manage website optimization initiatives in collaboration with external vendors, with a focus on user experience and conversion.

  • Monitor team capacity, coordinate tactical assignments, and track campaign and event spending against approved budgets.

  • Help implement and improve project management tools and processes, including platforms such as Trello.

Manage Speakers, Advisors, and Partners
  • Own the speaker pipeline for Blooming Days, conferences, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives.

  • Coordinate speaker outreach, scheduling, preparation calls, asset collection, and event-day requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with past and current speakers to encourage repeat participation.

Improve Reporting and Processes

  • Track funnel conversion, lead velocity, MQL-to-SQL conversion, campaign performance, event ROI, and customer discovery metrics.

  • Produce clear weekly and monthly reporting for marketing and company leadership.
