Job summary

ESPO Corporation is seeking a Project Manager - Water/Wastewater in Itasca, IL to lead municipal water and wastewater projects, coordinating planning, design and construction efforts. The role emphasizes strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork across disciplines.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, budgeting, scheduling, and guiding a project team, with marketing and business development activities supporting growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum eight years of experience on a wide range of civil projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or on track to obtain one with 5+ years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Job Title: Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Location: Itasca, IL

Job Type and Duration: Direct Hire

Pay range: $110,000 - $130,000

This position will include working on water and wastewater projects within its Municipal Group. Projects may be related to report writing, planning, design and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication, project collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple projects
• Preparing and monitoring project budgets
• Project scheduling
• Leadership skills and team member oversight
• Marketing
• Business Development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience working on a wide range of projects.
• Be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or on track to get one with 5yrs experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver's license.
