Job summary

Lead planning, design, and delivery, mentor engineers and CAD staff, guide cross-disciplinary collaboration, and support proposals to win new work. A PE license and 7+ years of relevant experience are required; hybrid Midwest offices available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 7+ years of water, wastewater, or stormwater project delivery experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong foundation in project management and team leadership.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
• Manage projects end-to-end ensuring scope, schedule, and budget success.
• Guide and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and CAD professionals.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, high‑quality solutions.
• Prepare and review technical deliverables, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Partner with clients and regulatory agencies to keep projects moving forward.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in water, wastewater, or stormwater project delivery
• A strong foundation in project management and team leadership
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Solid technical expertise and a passion for delivering quality work
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus

Salary Range:

The starting salary for this position is $125,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
