CHA Consulting, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Water Wastewater Project Manager to lead projects within the Water Team. You will manage scope, budget, and schedule while contributing technical expertise to protect public health and the environment.

Qualified candidates hold a PE license, a Civil Engineering degree, and at least 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in project management. Proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD/MicroStation and Deltek Vision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required, including 2 years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks.
• Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws.
• Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred.
• Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships.
• Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors.
• Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations.
• Develop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management Plan.
• Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
