Job Details

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team who will specializing in Underground Utilities and Water Main Programs. This individual would do a combination of in office work, field visits, and has the flexibility to work remotely. This includes sewer, water, and other underground infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing large-scale, high-budget projects from initial conception through to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and managing all aspects of underground utility projects, including sewer, water, and other infrastructure projects.
  • Developing and executing project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management strategies.
  • Leading a team of project professionals and contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Ensuring all project activities comply with company and industry safety standards.

We are a 45 year-old family business that provides construction services to both public and private sectors. Our main focus is civils - underground utility, infrastructure, and site development. We bring in repeat business while still expanding out clientele around the country. Starting in the Midwest, we have expanded quite a bit over the years. Orlando has been a big focus for us over the last several years and the work is not slowing down!

We need someone to come on board as a Project Manager looking over underground utility projects in the Chicagoland area.
