Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Project Manager to lead HyCO turnaround activities in California, overseeing scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and execution across maintenance and capital projects. The role requires strong leadership, industrial experience, and the ability to travel up to 40% as needed.

A PE is preferred and PMP is a plus. You will be part of a safety-first team, driving performance and continuous improvement while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with Air Products

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and planning abilities.
  • Manufacturing plant operations, maintenance, and capital projects experience
  • 7 to 10 years' experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines
  • Professional Engineer preferred
  • Ability to travel 30%-40% of the time depending on assigned workload
  • Obtain TWIC, passport and pass refinery background checks

  • Responsible to drive key Air Products Safety programs and establishing a Safety 1st Culture

Minimum Hiring Requirements
  • Proficient in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) OneNote, SAP, Primavera P6.
  • 10+ years’ experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with experience in industrial outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting and pipe fabrication.
  • Technical, Engineering, or Construction Management degree a plus, but not required
  • PMP Certification a plus, but not required

In California, the anticipated pay range is $141,200 - $186,400 plus bonus. It's important to note that individual compensation packages are determined based on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to experience, and qualifications.
