The role ensures proposals, bidding, client satisfaction, and profitable delivery with a strong emphasis on safety. Responsibilities include coordinating with field teams, estimating, and ensuring schedules meet client expectations while upholding Michels’ safety and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related field with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Transmission and Distribution projects is desired.
• Experience with EPC projects is desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.).
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel.

The anticipated salary range is $110,000 - $155,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to manage a phase of a larger transmission and distribution projects or manage multiple smaller projects that are approximately $500k or less. This position is accountable for all aspects of a project’s success from the initial proposal/bidding process, to meet or exceed the clients’ expectations, to the profitable completion of the jobs, with a special emphasis on safety performance. It is essential to be reliable, self-motivated, goal oriented, organized, and professional.

What it takes?
