Qualifications

• Enrolled in partnered university or college.
• Clear and effective written and oral communication.
• Project management, organizational and time management skills.
• Self-manage assigned projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to lift and carry product as required.
• Travel up to 50% as part of the program.

Responsibilities

• Drives a strong culture of analytics and sound decision making.
• Proactively leverage resources to create a seamless home improvement experience.
• Interact with district, call center, or corporate leadership to satisfy members.
• Gathers data systematically; probes to better understand data and generate solutions.
• Supports business strategy through written and oral communication and presentations.
• Develops insights into people and organizational dynamics to improve results.
• Executes all program requirements including tests and manager evaluations.
• Focuses on the four key SHC beliefs daily.
