Job summary

4flow is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Consultant in Chicago to lead end-to-end consulting projects and manage client relationships across senior stakeholders. You will coach consultants, develop analytical models, and drive solution delivery across strategy, network design, demand planning, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a supply chain consultant or leading supply chain projects.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, PowerBI and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain consulting projects, including scope, timeline, and budget.
• Serve as the primary client interface, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Coach and develop consultants across the business line with ongoing feedback and mentorship.
• Oversee development of analytical models, insights, and recommendations.
• Drive execution of solutions across supply chain areas such as strategy, network design, demand planning, logistics, intralogistics.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, governance, and presentations to executives.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and client pitches.
• Support internal initiatives like capability building and knowledge sharing.

What your new challenge will look like

• Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain consulting projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
• Serve as the primary client interface, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Manage, coach and develop consultants across the business line, providing ongoing performance feedback, career guidance, and mentorship beyond individual project engagements.
• Oversee the development of analytical models, insights, and recommendations.
• Drive execution of solutions across areas such as supply chain strategy and transformation, network design and optimization, demand planning and inventory management, transportation and logistics operations, intralogistics and production, etc.
• Identify risks, proactively manage issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, steer project governance, and present to executive audiences.
• Contribute to business development, including proposals, scoping, and client pitches.
• Support internal initiatives such as capability building and knowledge sharing.

• 6+ years’ experience as a supply chain consultant and/or experience leading supply chain projects.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and other data visualization platforms (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to travel up to 80% during client engagements.
• Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available).
