Job summary

EnerMech is seeking a Project Manager for our Pipelines & Subsea business line in Houston. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver international projects, ensuring on-time execution, HSE compliance, and commercial control while coordinating with client sites and offshore locations.

Responsibilities include managing engineering schedules, cost control, invoicing, forecasting, and weekly/monthly reporting with Earned Value techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing pipelines and subsea pre-commissioning projects (e.g., pigging, hydrotesting, umbilicals, dewatering).
• Strong time management and organizational skills for complex project schedules.
• Ability to proactively identify problems and offer practical solutions.

• Ensure compliance with client HSE, Quality, and technical requirements.
• Develop and manage day-to-day project performance—scheduling, cost control, invoicing, forecasting.
• Manage client-specific objectives and KPIs to ensure targets are met and actions completed.
• Lead internal and external reporting (weekly/monthly) with a focus on commercial accuracy and Earned Value.
• Host planning, scheduling, and technical reviews to support offshore mobilization.
• Liaise frequently with EnerMech offshore/site crews regarding operations and maintenance activities.

As the project lead both internally and externally, you will oversee client engagement and may be required to travel to client sites or offshore locations, including international regions.

Job Description:

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience managing pipelines and subsea pre-commissioning projects (e.g., pigging, hydrotesting, umbilical's, dewatering)
• Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively manage complex project schedules
• Ability to proactively identify problems and offer practical solutions
• Preferred: Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant technical/project management qualification
• Offshore and/or international project experience highly desirable
• 5-10 years of Commercial/Technical Project Management experience
