We are hiring a Project Manager, Store Planning

Reporting to the Director of Build + Construction, this role involves managing design, construction, and special projects with the Expansion team. Responsibilities include overseeing construction timelines, managing projects hands-on, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across locations. The ideal candidate is collaborative, solution-oriented, and eager to engage in all project phases.

This position is based in our New Orleans headquarters, working five days a week, with travel required every 4-6 weeks nationally and locally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist leadership in design, construction, and real estate projects
  • Manage project tracking tools
  • Own and execute special projects from start to finish
  • Maintain internal reporting systems
  • Develop and enforce brand standards across projects
  • Conduct site visits to oversee progress (travel required)
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of construction, architectural, and store planning terminology
  • Understanding of store and field operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multitask independently or in a team
