BAILEY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, LLC (BIT, LLC) is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the United States Capitol Police, Office of Information Services in Washington, DC. The role runs full-time in a federal PMO setting, with on-site work required two days per week and up to three days telework after a two-month acclimation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience with enterprise initiatives.
• PMP certification required.
• Agile certification required: CSM, PMI-ACP, or PSM.

• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, requirements, communications, agendas).

• Report project status to management and stakeholders.
• Apply Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Monitor project performance using MS Project, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar dashboards.
• Support PMO activities by coordinating with groups on reviews and tracking findings.

Core hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Minimum 2 days on-site per week, up to 3 days telework, after a mandatory 2-month full-time on-site acclimation period. Personnel Status Non-Key Personnel Security Must be able to pass a criminal history check and fingerprinting, and be issued a USCP identification/access badge, prior to starting work. About the Role

The Project Manager provides IT project management support for up to 10 projects of varying size and complexity within USCP's Office of Information Services, working within a structured Project Management Office (PMO) framework in support of a fast-paced federal law enforcement IT environment.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects of varying size and complexity, including enterprise-level initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, required.
• An Agile certification, required: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
