The Senior Project Manager provides leadership and oversight for a growing portfolio of custom software applications that support clinical education, academic affairs, continuing education, learner onboarding, clinical placements, compliance, and operational improvement initiatives across IU Health. This role partners with business stakeholders, developers, analysts, and leadership teams to manage project scope, priorities, timelines, resources, testing, deployment, and communication while ensuring successful delivery of innovative technology solutions that advance organizational goals.
Leads and directs high-priority, complex portfolios of projects for business initiatives . Communicates status updates and delivery expectations to teams and stakeholders. Manages projects according to the methodology, timeline, and budget of the organization. Owns quality assurance and oversight of resources assigned to project objectives. Ensures that projects are delivered within committed scope and budget. Work with business groups to build trust and credibility, understand their concerns, and help them understand any project challenges.
