Job summary

Curate Partners LLC is seeking a Project Manager with Healthcare experience who also functions as a Scrum Master. This remote contract-to-hire role requires US work authorization and familiarity with Agile and hybrid environments.

The candidate will drive large platform modernization and transformation programs, coordinating budgets, SOWs, infrastructure, and cloud costs while guiding both technical and business discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare is required.
• Must be dual role Scrum Master and Project Manager.
• Experience informing senior leadership with risk and issue updates.
• Ability to manage budgets including resources, SOW, infrastructure and cloud costs.
• Experience with Agile and Hybrid (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban).
• Proficiency in developing detailed project plans and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Project Manager for large initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and roadmaps.
• Provide status updates to senior leadership on risks and issues.
• Facilitate technical and business discussions with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets including resources, SOW, infrastructure and cloud expenses.
• Present executives with progress and outcomes using PowerPoint.

• Budget management responsibilities include resource hours/costs, SOW, infrastructure, and cloud expenses.
• Experience managing Agile and Hybrid projects (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, etc.).
• Proficient in developing detailed project plans, roadmaps, and executive presentations (skilled in PowerPoint).
• Experienced in providing status updates, including risk and issue updates, to senior leadership.
• Capable of facilitating both technical and business discussions.
