Job summary

dzynLit is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and monitor complex initiatives across remote teams. You will facilitate Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery of value with cross-functional collaboration.

Daily tasks include backlog management, progress tracking, status reporting, and aligning stakeholders on requirements and priorities while coordinating with expediting and logistics to mitigate risks and maintain clear communication

Description

The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that scope, schedule, and quality standards are met. With your pod leader's guidance, you will master the art of facilitating Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, remove impediments, and support cross-functional teams in delivering incremental value with grace & ease. Daily responsibilities include managing project backlogs, tracking progress, preparing status reports, and coordinating with stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities. You will work closely with expediting and logistics functions to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication across all project participants.

Skilled Required / Nice-to-Haves

• Project management skills, including Project Management and experience leading cross-functional teams
• Expediting-related skills, such as Expeditor and Expediting, to ensure timely delivery of tasks and materials
• Inspection skills to support quality checks, compliance, and adherence to project standards
• Logistics Management skills to coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery workflows
• Experience with Scrum or other Agile frameworks, including facilitation of ceremonies and backlog management
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across time zones
• Relevant certification (e.g., CSM, PMP, or equivalent) and experience in technical or operations-focused projects is preferred
