Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Project Manager - Scrum Master to bridge product, design, and engineering teams in Redmond. You will translate strategy into epics, features and user stories, and align stakeholders around clear milestones.

The role emphasizes agile practices, risk mitigation, and data-driven decision making. You will own roadmaps for multiple features, define success criteria, validate use cases with test cases, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify complex opportunities and gaps across multiple product and service areas, collaborate with other departments to evaluate opportunity, define solution options, and propose a roadmap.
• Partner with Business and Software Engineering to design technical solutions, identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.
• Create epics, features and user stories from technical solutions and prepare them for developers to implement.
• Define success criteria for implementing features on complex cross-functional projects.
• Deliver on roadmaps for multiple feature groups, track schedules, develop staging and implementation plans, and manage compliance and governance aspects.
• Drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and writing test cases from scratch.
• Collaborate with other departments to collect performance and quality metrics for the work.

• You will identify complex opportunities and gaps across multiple product and service feature areas, collaborate with other departments to evaluate opportunity, define solution options, and propose a roadmap.
• You will partner with Business and Software Engineering to design technical solutions across feature areas. You'll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.
• You will create epics, features and user stories based on the technical solutions and get them ready for the developers to work on.
• You’ll define success criteria for implementing features for complex cross-functional projects.
• You will deliver on roadmap for multiple feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation plan, and manage compliance and governance aspects.
• You will drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and writing test cases from scratch.
• You’ll also partner with other departments to collect performance metrics and quality metrics for the work.

Preferred: Someone with AI/ML background or development background preferred.
