Candidate Location: Candidate MUST be a SC or NC or TN or GA resident.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SCEIS Director, Enterprise Project Manager, and functional team leads to develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans supporting DOT and State Treasurer’s Office (STO) initiatives.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and resource plans across Finance, Treasury, SCEIS teams, and additional project stakeholders to ensure proper alignment and integration.
• Provide day-to-day project oversight including coordination, progress tracking, issue escalation, and reporting for assigned workstreams.
• Ensure consistent communication across all enterprise teams that impact project scope, resources, budget, schedule, or risk profile.
• Identify and proactively communicate risks, issues, delays, and dependencies that could impact milestones or deliverables; recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor system development and implementation obstacles and advise leadership of potential impacts on cost, resource needs, or scheduling.
• Manage project closeout activities including lessons learned documentation and archiving of all key project artifacts.
• Recommend best practices for project and portfolio management, specifically related to SAP Finance and Treasury initiatives.
• Provide structured reporting, dashboards, and status updates to SCEIS leadership as required.
