Position Details

Location: Columbus, OH

Responsibilities
  1. Lead projects for ODOT and local agencies, developing and maintaining relationships.
  2. Oversee quality review processes, ensuring compliance with local and state standards.
  3. Manage project performance indicators such as budget, schedule, and risks.
  4. Ensure quality control of work products.
  5. Mentor junior staff and collaborate with leadership and engineering teams.
  6. Support proposal development and client relationship management.
Skills & Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in civil or transportation engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  2. PE registration in Ohio or ability to obtain reciprocity.
  3. 5+ years of roadway design and project management experience; knowledge of ODOT standards is a plus.
  4. Experience leading design tasks or as a roadway design lead.
  5. Experience with proposal development and client relationships; existing relationships with ODOT or local agencies are advantageous.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Bentley OpenRoads/Civil 3D is a plus.
  7. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  8. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of learning virtual collaboration tools.
