About The Role

In this role, you will lead roadway engineering projects including corridor improvements, arterial design, and intersection reconstruction.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver high quality designs from concept through construction. As a Project Manager, you will guide project execution, support team development, and ensure successful delivery across scope, schedule, and budget. You will also contribute to business development and help strengthen client relationships.

What You Will Be Doing

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Professional Engineer license in Arizona

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar tools
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Arizona agency standards is a plus
• Involvement in professional organizations such as ASCE or APWA is a plus

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

Must possess a current, valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and have the ability to obtain licensure in one or more other states in which HR Green conducts business.
