• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and client satisfaction. This role oversees crews, subcontractors, and administrative tasks, serving as the main point of contact between clients, staff, and company leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Management: Attend initial client meetings, secure new projects, prepare proposals/contracts, meet with clients on design, budget, and progress. Update owner on project status and budget.

Administration: Create schedules, estimates, change orders, budgets, and invoices; oversee billing and payments; collect/submit receipts; and help maintain tool inventory.

Construction Oversight: Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and material orders; conduct site visits; ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and building codes are met.

Staff Supervision: Review crew hours, support HR with attendance/performance issues, ensure safety meetings are conducted, and participate in performance reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 5+ years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OSHA-10 certificate (or obtain within first 90 days).
Strong knowledge of construction documents, materials, methods, and building codes.
Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and supervision skills.
Computer literacy (email, smartphones, online calendars, Construction Management software, Apple software: MacOS, Numbers, Pages).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
