Are you ready for an exciting job where no two days are ever the same? Our Project Managers handle residential and/or commercial restoration projects, including fire and water restoration with potential mold, lead paint, and/or asbestos considerations. We offer a comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits package within the construction/restoration industry.

Summary/objective: The Project Manager is tasked with successfully delivering construction services for clients and key relationships, meeting and exceeding customer expectations, developing referral relationships, and stewarding the company brand.

Responsibilities
  • Manages project costs and adheres to predetermined budgets
  • Manages subcontractor relationships and delivery of services
  • Recruits subcontractors
  • Manages in-house trade staff
  • Ensures quality control and work site safety
  • Manages production schedules and timelines
  • Operational sales and development of company brand
  • Collects project funds
  • Manages material and resource providers/vendors
  • Manages customer and tenant relations
  • Supports ongoing training and development of team members
  • Interior and exterior inspections: contact customers within specified time frames for emergency and non-emergency claims
  • Schedule customer appointments
  • Travel to job sites to perform inspections
  • Provide necessary supporting documentation including labeled photos, sketches, scope notes with observations, and room diagrams with accurate measurements for accurate estimates
  • Customer service: ensure customers understand the process and provide information on ADRI and how repairs are performed
  • Work with insurance adjusters to provide updates and changes
  • Ensure all updates are made within the internal management software
  • Job preparation: conduct walk-throughs of scope to ensure accuracy and answer questions
  • Schedule jobs based on deadlines and crew availability
  • Project management: ensure crew is prepared with proper scope and materials
  • Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Continuously manage labor and material costs to stay within budget
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure completion of job
  • Maintain and update status in the company’s project management software (DASH)
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Adhere to guidelines and service level agreements set by insurance programs
  • Ensure a high level of work quality and safety compliance
  • Safety: follow safety guidelines

  • Proficiency with computers, phone, and mobile platforms
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, Google Docs, and related software
