Job summary

The Brazos River Authority in Texas is seeking a project management professional to support risk-based capital planning and management initiatives. You will participate in project teams, develop budgets, track progress, and prepare reports and presentations for BRA stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, drafting contracts and scopes of work, visiting project sites as needed, and ensuring deliverables meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience or equivalent combination of education.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver's License and good driving record.
• Preferred: Project Management Professional Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and support other project managers with plans, schedules, budgets, documentation, and scopes of work.
• Develop project budgets, assist with annual department budgeting and monthly status reviews.
• Coordinate project meetings, act as liaison, and maintain project files.
• Assist with development/review of contracts, scopes of work, agendas, minutes, and submittals.
• Visit project sites as needed to understand goals, review progress, and coordinate tasks.
