Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager in Austin, TX to oversee full-service project management and construction management for client accounts. You will coordinate with senior PMs, owners, managers, and consultants to drive budgets, schedules, reporting, and procurement through all project phases.

Job Description Summary The Project Manager provides full services project management experience to designated projects and assignments for client accounts through interaction with Cushman & Wakefield (CW) colleagues as well as owners, managers, consultants, vendors, building and/or facility management teams and other members of extended project teams. The Project Manager monitors and coordinates the execution of the various services, processes and execution relating to client contracted agreements for project and construction management. These services may apply to full-service agreements managing project teams through various phases of each project. Phases managed may include site due diligence, preliminary budgets and scheduling, feasibility studies, test fits, design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, FF&E and close out documentation.
The Project Manager will team with CW’s Senior Project Managers and/or CW Market Lead as applicable for each assignment on delivering the following:
B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar industry preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ related project management or construction management. Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience required. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in position of accountability. Minimum of 3 years’ of supervisory experience, in a project management capacity.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $ 102,000.00 - $120,000.00
