Job summary

Conext, LLC is seeking a Project Manager/ Product Developer to lead and coordinate client projects from concept to completion. You will blend project management rigor with strategic product development, ensuring deliverables meet client goals while maintaining a structured approach.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, and a collaborative mindset to improve client experience and internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in project management and product development is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project deadlines and coordinate schedules between clients and consultants.
  • Coordinate events logistics including venues and communications.
  • Translate high-level information into deliverables tailored to each client.
  • Support at key client events and maintain client engagement.
  • Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously ensuring timelines are met.
  • Serve as primary client contact for project logistics and updates.
  • Incorporate client feedback to improve the client experience.

Project Manager/ Product Developer -Conext, LLC

We are seeking a relational, self-motivated, and strategic individual to join our leadership consulting firm. This role requires both the organizational skills of a project manager and the strategic skills of a product developer. As a key member of our team, you will partner closely with our consultants to translate ideas and strategies into actual deliverables and ensure that projects are executed with excellence from concept to completion. The role at times will require one to wear many hats and maintain flexibility while keeping deadlines and an organized schedule. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, adapt to changing priorities, and bring clarity and structure to ambiguity. We are seeking someone who is strategic and visionary; able to anticipate challenges and ways of continually improving client experience and process. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project deadlines, coordinate schedules between clients and consultants, and guide product development
  • Manage logistics including coordinating events, communicating with venues, and organizing events
  • Receive and process high level information and turn it into key deliverables, tailored to each client
  • Attend and provide support at key client events
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously through completion, collaborating with consultants and ensuring timelines are met
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on project logistics, proactively communicating updates, timelines, and next steps.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively incorporate client feedback into the continuous improvement of the overall client experience.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Competency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Basic competency with Canva
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • (Preferred) background or education in business
  • Strong communication skills
