Job summary

MJ Frick Company is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to lead projects from plans and pricing to completion and closeout. This role requires proactive leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to field and office coordination.

You will estimate and bid plumbing work, review plans, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate crews and subs, and drive profitability while delivering quality work safely on time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Plumbing Project Management experience.
• Proven plumbing estimating and bidding experience.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience with job costing, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and competitively bid plumbing projects.
• Review plans, specifications, and perform quantity takeoffs.
• Manage projects from award through final closeout.
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Track budgets, job costs, forecasting, and profitability.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.
• Work closely with general contractors, clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and field crews.
• Identify problems early and keep projects moving forward.
• Deliver quality work safely, on time, and within budget.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
