Location: Greater Philadelphia Region

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site (Must be able to reliably commute to assigned project locations throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region.)

The role: McKnight International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure, transportation, aviation, capital improvement, engineering, construction, and technology-related projects throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region.

This role is responsible for managing projects through all phases of delivery while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to successfully deliver complex infrastructure and capital improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with transportation, aviation, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or consulting experience and possesses the leadership skills necessary to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities in a dynamic environment.

The individual hired will represent McKnight International while supporting project delivery, client relationships, and operational excellence across a variety of infrastructure and consulting programs.

Requirements
Leadership Scope
  • Lead projects through planning, design, implementation, construction, and closeout phases
  • Provide direction and coordination across multidisciplinary project teams
  • Facilitate project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder communications

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum ten (10) years of project management experience supporting transportation, aviation, engineering, construction, capital improvement, infrastructure, or related consulting projects
  • Demonstrated experience managing capital improvement and infrastructure projects
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
  • Knowledge of multiple project delivery methods
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles and industry best practices
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and client organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of applicable construction, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully pass all required background clearances

Annual base salary range: $140,000 – $170,000.

Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and relevant project management experience.
