What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Coordinate and oversee activities across multiple supply chain workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables
• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external partners, fostering collaboration and communication

• Facilitate regular project meetings, progress reports, and updates to leadership
• Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, commercial, and vendor management teams to align objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus
• 12‑15 years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, or MedTech industries
• Strong experience managing multiple workstreams and cross‑functional teams
• Prior experience with supply chain operations is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent
