The role requires Texas PE registration, 5+ years' consulting experience, and strong communication. The PM will supervise engineers, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and build long-term client relationships while collaborating with senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
• 5+ years of consulting experience; municipal/government projects preferred.
• Experience with water, drainage, wastewater, or H&H projects.
• Proven project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with drafting, modeling, and mapping software.
• Team player who shares success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead team on multiple projects for government agencies, municipalities, and water agencies
• Manage the quality, timeliness, and financial aspects of projects
• Supervise and mentor engineers, designers, and technicians
• Partner with senior staff in maintaining and developing client relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• Registered PE in Texas required
• 5+ years of consulting experience; prefer experience serving municipalities and governmental agencies
• Experience with one or more of the following: water agencies, roadway drainage, water treatment, wastewater, storm water, or H&H is
• Previous project management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of software necessary to provide service (drafting, modeling, and mapping)
• Works well and shares success with team
