Job summary

MPI is a growing general contractor in Central Florida seeking a builder-minded Project Manager to lead commercial construction from preconstruction to closeout.

You will coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation using Procore, collaborate with field teams, and support ground-up and renovation projects, including modernization work. Hybrid office with Friday remote after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
• Strong proficiency with Procore.
• Ground-up construction experience required; elevator project exposure highly preferred.
• Collaborative, reliable professional with strong communication and organizational skills.
