Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Project Manager for multifamily construction in Indianapolis, IN. The role requires 5+ years of PM experience on ground-up multi-family or residential projects and strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls.

You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams, review drawings and specs, and manage RFIs, submittals, and documentation. A bachelor's in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field is required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing ground-up multifamily or residential construction projects.
  • Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
  • Knowledge of preconstruction processes including estimating and buyout.
  • Ability to review drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Experience with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation control.
  • Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and jurisdictional coordination.
  • Experience working with project management software (Procore or similar).
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
