Position Purpose: Performs planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of medium to large projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

What You Will Do

Defines project, program or initiative scope and objectives. Manages cross functional team members and serves as lead consultant and communication resource leaders, customers, and cross-organizational teams. Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion. Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field. Project Management coursework preferred.

Licensure / Certification: None required. Project Management certification preferred.

Experience: 3 to 5 years experience with managing medium projects, applying project management methodology, and with a particular product line or technology solution. Experience as a team lead or in a supervisory role preferred.
