Ghafari Associates is seeking a Project Manager in Chicago, IL, to manage client relationships and oversee projects, primarily focused on architectural/MEP engineering of Data Center facilities. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering and a minimum of 10 years' experience in related fields.
The Project Manager will coordinate resources, ensure timely delivery within budget, and maintain project documentation while fostering client relationships. The position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $125,000.
The Project Manager manages key client relationships and projects. Project types will primarily focus on architectural/MEP engineering of Data Center facilities. The Project Manager responsibilities include the coordination of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Project Manager works directly with clients and ensures deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget as well as fosters client relationships, pursues new work, and grows the company portfolio.
The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00. Individual pay is based on factors such as relevant experience, job-related skills, education, and training.
