Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager/MEP Design Manager for Project & Development Services in the United States. The role leads project budgets, schedules, reports, and coordination with consultants and construction teams across design phases. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential.

Requirements include a B.S. in Engineering or Architecture, 5+ years in engineering/construction project accountability, and 3+ years in supervisory roles.

Qualifications

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture as required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering/construction project accountability.
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in project management, leading and developing staff.
  • MEP Design Engineering Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare agendas and maintain master budgets and timelines for each project phase.
  • Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and management.
  • Assist in selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
  • Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices with client and property management.
  • Support marketing of services to clients and adhere to policies and procedures.

Job TitleProject Manager/MEP Design Manager, Project & Development ServicesJob Description SummaryProvides professional project management experience to designated projects and assignments at a client site, campus, and facilities.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.
