Parker Hannifin is seeking a candidate in Ravenna, Ohio to lead research and development activities for new product designs. This position is accountable for overseeing special projects from inception to completion and requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external customers and needs a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with experience in new product launches. The role includes the management of project timelines and deliverables while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform functions to direct, administer and execute research and development activities for new product designs to meet the needs of the market within the capabilities of our manufacturing environment and perform, direct and administer special projects. Must be an advocate and use principles of the Win strategy. NOTE: This role is not eligible for Company sponsored work visa consideration.
Under administrative direction of the business unit manager, establish standards of performance within overall policy and budgetary limits, with direct accountability for final results. Will work with division and group staff and customers. Has Direct Reports X Does Not Have Direct Reports.
