Job summary

Resourcesys Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Information Security workstreams supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

The role requires strong PM skills, a solid grasp of cybersecurity concepts, and experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will drive planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across IT, security, and business units, ensuring on-time delivery while adhering to regulatory and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience supporting M&A, acquisitions and divestitures, information security risk management, or cybersecurity initiatives.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead across Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project collaboration/reporting tools.
• Understanding of information security concepts, processes, and requirements.
• Practical knowledge of generative AI, business applications, and responsible AI usage.

• Experience developing portfolio dashboards, executive reports, or automated project management workflows.

Note:

This is a project management-focused role; deep hands-on cybersecurity engineering expertise is not required.
