Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking a Principal Project Manager/ Sr. Principal Project Manager – Level 3 or Level 4 to join our team in Promontory, UT.
The Principal Project Manager Level 3 or a Senior Principal Project Manager Level 4 will be responsible for cost and schedule across diverse projects within Tooling, Facilities and Maintenance Engineering.
This role requires a strong background in project management, engineering, and construction.
With a focus on executing our strategic plan within a portfolio of complex projects in accordance with safety and quality standards.
The successful candidates will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage project timelines, and ensure seamless integration of new equipment into existing operations.

This position’s standard work schedule is 4/10 or a 9/80, allowing employees who work nine-hour days Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
This position can be filled at either a Level 3 or Level 4.

Northrop Grumman Total Rewards Primary Level Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $113,000.00 - $138,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
