Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing projects with budgets of at least $500k.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies e.g. Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards a common goal.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans that outline project goals, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues; develop contingency plans as needed.
• Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders regularly.
• Track budget and resource usage to ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Manage project scope changes and assess their impact on timelines and resources.
• Lead team meetings and provide guidance to team members as needed.
• Ensure quality control measures are in place throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
