Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary requirements authority for both deployed and ongoing project changes to applications/solutions and manage all PBIs and baseline schedule adherence support activities.
• Cooperate with large, cross‑functional teams throughout the enterprise organization.
• Prepare and present reports to all management levels.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and phases.
• Experience preparing and presenting reports to all levels of management.
• Knowledge of DoD and Army application and web regulations and policies to achieve compliance.
• Certification of IAT Level.
• Two or more years’ experience managing an applications portfolio in a large, complex, enterprise environment.
• Experience analyzing requirements, formulating labor estimates and preparing Courses of Action recommendations.
• SCRUM Master certification.
• Experience adhering to DevSecOps configuration management and CI/CD pipeline methodologies.
