Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd. partners with an established engineering firm in Nashville to recruit a Project Manager who will lead land development projects from design through completion.

You will oversee design, permitting, scheduling, budgets and delivery while serving as the primary client contact and mentoring engineers and technical staff. Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of civil/site design and land development experience.
• Project management and client-facing experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with project budgets and staff management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.
• PE preferred but not necessary.
