Job summary

Scalepex is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 5–10 years of customer delivery and development project experience. You will lead programs for premium brands, ensure alignment with operational guidelines, and manage changes across cost, scope, schedule, and quality.

Strong English skills and leadership potential are required; PMI PMP is a plus. This is a 100% remote contractor scheme in the United States with monthly payments and flexible collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on and detail-oriented project manager with 5–10 years of experience in customer delivery and development projects.
• Experience with Javelina implementation is required.
• Native English level or fluent business English is required.
• Leaders capable of growing into senior PM responsibilities after onboarding.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer programs and projects for medium/large complex contracts.
• Ensure alignment with MoO, BG/BL guidelines, and PM standards.
• Plan projects and maintain plans, coordinating change management across CSSQ.
• Keep forecasts, budgets, and scope aligned with project delivery.
• Participate in pre-sales and sales activities when needed.
• Define delivery approaches and select final delivery methods.
• Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery and from delivery to care.
• Manage contract processes and customize global operational processes as required.
• Act as primary customer interface, handling complaints, actions, and changes.
• Prepare clear communication plans and keep stakeholders informed.
• Monitor project progress to meet objectives for quality and profitability.

Position Overview

Overall, we are looking for individuals with a “PM DNA” who take ownership and responsibility for their projects, work with minimal supervision, and able to represent client in front of the customer.

• Good communication skills including English fluency is a must.
• Manages customer program (collection of projects managed together for business benefits) or project for a defined product and / or service scope for a medium / large and / or complex customer contract with medium / high risk probability.
• Ensures all project and operational management is in full alignment with Mode of Operation (MoO), BG / BL guidelines and the PM
• Plans customer project and keeps plan updated to reflect and anticipate changes by coordinating change management on all aspects affecting cost, scope, schedule and quality (CSSQ).
• Assures consistency among project financial, product and service forecast activities.
• Participates in pre-sales and sales process activities.
• Determines delivery approach alternatives and manages the selection of the final recommended approach to delivery.
• Ensures hand over from Sell to Execute and from Delivery to Care is done and monitors progress against it.
• Ensures project contract management process is initiated and executed.
• Defines the customization of any global operational processes together with relevant point of contacts to meet project requirements (for example, network operations, supply chain, logistics, and acceptance).
• Manages the customer relationship during delivery and serves as the primary interface towards the customer in all activities-related to the own scope of the contract, including customer complaints, corrective actions, and changing requirements.
• Prepares a clear and effective communications plan and ensures proactive communication of all relevant information to the customer and to all stakeholders.
• Monitors and controls that the project is delivered within the approved budget, profitability forecast, and planned scope.
• Ensures that the project meets all objectives for quality and looks continuously for quality improvement and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Hands on and detailed oriented Project Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in customer delivery and development projects
• Javelina implementation project experience is a must.
• Advance - Native english level is required
• We are looking for PMs who could take leadership after the onboarding period and grow in the role technically and with soft skills.
• PMI PMP certification is a plus.
