Liberty University, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead the SIS/ERP replacement program in IT Development. You will own readiness, establish change management, and coordinate across development teams to ensure delivery within scope and schedule.

A Project Manager leads projects through the full project life cycle, ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, and resource constraints. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages risks and progress, and ensures alignment with the University’s priorities and stakeholder expectations. This position will support the new Student Information System (SIS)/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program in IT Development.

Communication and Comprehension Strong sense of ownership and personal accountability. Excellent communicator who can connect executive leadership, business units, and technical teams. Strong relationship-builder who is comfortable coordinating across departments and organizational levels. Proficiency in understanding, speaking, reading, and writing English to support professional correspondence and collaboration. Strong interpersonal and public communication skills to represent Liberty University in a professional manner. Highly organized and able to manage multiple cross-functional areas at once. Proficiency in standard office software and relevant project/program management tools. Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Positive, collaborative, and able to remain calm and effective under pressure. Problem Solving Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to assess situations, evaluate information, and solve both routine and complex problems using sound judgment.
Frequently required to perform desk-based work, including computer use and data entry. Ability to communicate effectively in meetings and collaborative settings, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work Environment Remote Driving Requirements If the employee is required to travel in performing the duties and responsibilities of the position, the use of one’s personal vehicle (or LU vehicles) may be required for travel. Compensation is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, along with University needs and external market conditions. Market benchmarks may be used, as appropriate, in combination with internal equity to ensure pay is fair and aligned with the broader compensation structure. The position may also be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and tuition assistance. $70,000.00 - $90,000.00
