Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing is seeking a Project ManagerIV – Digital Customer Facing to oversee the complete project life cycle—from planning and scope definition to design, execution and delivery—for New Product Introduction initiatives. You will manage planning, resourcing, staffing, and progress reporting and apply Stage Gate processes and PM tools to monitor milestones and budgets.

The role supports Rheem North America and can be based in Fort Smith, Arkansas; Indianapolis, Indiana; or Atlanta

• Manages project planning, resourcing, staffing, and progress reporting for (NPI) New Product Introduction projects.
• Utilizes Stage Gate Process and project management tools to track milestones, budget guidelines, and other performance indicators.

The role manages project planning, resourcing, staffing, and progress reporting for (NPI) New Product Introduction projects. The position will also utilizes Stage Gate Process and project management tools to track progress toward milestones, budgetary guidelines and other performance indicators.

This position will support Rheem North America, and can be located in either Fort Smith, Arkansas, Indianapolis, Indiana, or Atlanta (Roswell), Georgia. This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
