The successful candidate will coordinate a complex, multi-year program spanning Identity and Access Management, Public Key Infrastructure, infrastructure, applications, risk management, and third-party integrations. This position provides a single point of accountability for the integrated roadmap, milestones, risk management, and executive reporting.Key Responsibilities* Manage project execution and complete moderate to large cybersecurity initiatives on time and within scope.* Define phase deliverables, track milestones, and monitor project financials.* Identify, evaluate, and proactively mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.* Assign resources and tasks, manage quality assurance, and resolve project issues.* Conduct regular status reviews and reporting, establish standards, and manage change control processes.* Partner with key business and technology stakeholders to meet strategic organizational goals.* Act as a change agent for project management best practices and governance.* Provide dedicated coordination across cross-functional technology transformation initiatives.Required Qualifications**Education:** Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree in a business or technology field of study.**Experience:** Proven experience as a Senior Project or Program Manager leading large-scale, cross-functional technology transformation initiatives.**Technical Skills:** Expertise in schedule management, risk/issue management, and budget tracking.
