• Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and customer communications.
• Participate in project and customer meetings and job site visits.
• Coordinate with Operations, Safety, Estimating, Accounting, and Procurement teams.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Assist with closeout activities, documentation, and lessons learned.

Summary Of Position

The Project Manager Intern supports the Project Management team by assisting with project planning, budgeting, documentation, reporting, and client support activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the project lifecycle and helps students develop an understanding of how industrial and commercial projects are managed from project award through completion.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project planning, coordination, and execution activities.
• Support project cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Assist with project documentation, contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and project records.
• Help prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and customer communications.
• Participate in project meetings, customer meetings, and job site visits.
• Coordinate with Operations, Safety, Estimating, Accounting, and Procurement teams to support project objectives.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and project performance metrics.
• Assist with project closeout activities, documentation, and lessons learned reviews.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
