• Project Coordination: Oversee the lifecycle of complex hydrogeological evaluations and feasibility reviews for land application and groundwater monitoring sites.
• Tech‑Savvy Management: Utilize electronic permitting applications and government IT tools to process reviews, track progress, and provide expert recommendations.
• Data Stewardship: Maintain accurate groundwater data systems and project tracking logs to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Collaboration: Act as a bridge between engineering teams, enforcement personnel, and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and compliance.
• Strategic Reporting: Craft insightful reports and presentations for leadership to drive data‑informed decision‑making.

Minimum Requirements

• Residency: Must be local to South Carolina.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Project Management Experience: 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager.
• Education & Experience: A Master’s degree in Hydrology, Geology, or Geological Engineering PLUS one (1) year of related experience.
• OR a Bachelor’s degree in Hydrology, Geology, or Geological Engineering PLUS two (2) years of related experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Must have completed Power User training and possess expertise in electronic government permitting applications (specifically ePermitting/Windsor Solutions).

Preferred Qualifications

• Hydrogeological Expertise: 5+ years of experience performing reviews and evaluations for land application and groundwater monitoring sites.
• Technical Knowledge: 5+ years of experience with groundwater hydrogeology, geochemistry, contaminant transport, and hydrogeologic investigation techniques.
• Data Skills: 5+ years of experience managing databases and utilizing geospatial software.
• Strategic Delivery: Demonstrated expertise in managing concurrent projects that align with organizational goals and foster transformative outcomes.
• Contract Type: This is a one‑year renewable contract.
• Work Arrangement: Remote (with potential travel requirements).
• Estimated Start Date: January 5, 2026.
