Job summary

La Maison Wider, based in Bussigny, seeks a Project Manager to oversee interior design projects and technical door initiatives (EI30/EI60, security, acoustics, access control). You will represent the company to clients and partners, coordinating measurement to final acceptance across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has education in carpentry or construction, proven PM experience in interior fitting or doors, and strong planning, customer service, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Higher education in carpentry/cabinetmaking or construction background.
Proven experience in technical project management, ideally in interior fitting or technical doors sectors.
Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

Represent La Maison Wider to our clientele and partners.
Manage multiple fitting and door projects simultaneously from measurement to final acceptance.
Ensure technical monitoring, planning, stakeholder coordination, production, and cost and deadline management.
Employee Management for Various Projects.
Project control and monitoring at all levels: deadlines, costs and budget management.
Ensure the quality of deliverables and client satisfaction throughout projects.
