Ladders is seeking a Project Manager – Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) & Smart Mobility to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transportation technology initiatives. You will work with public-sector clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to expand the organization’s presence in Texas and beyond.

This remote US-based role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 10 years of relevant PM experience in ITS or smart mobility, and a proven track record in business

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager – Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) & Smart Mobility to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transportation technology initiatives that support safer, smarter, and more efficient mobility. The Project Manager will work closely with public-sector clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to expand the organization's presence in a competitive regional market. This position also plays a key role in shaping growth strategy and strengthening client relationships across Texas and beyond.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,100 – $225,200 annually

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of intelligent transportation systems and smart mobility projects
