Job summary

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead safety‑conscious teams on industrial cleaning projects. You will manage execution, profitability, and serve as the primary client contact, writing work plans and directing field activities.

Strong budgeting, scheduling, and customer communication are essential. Requirements include a High School diploma (or equivalent), a bachelor's in engineering or sciences preferred, and 5+ years in industrial services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences or related disciplines preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in industrial services, hydro blasting, or chemical cleaning.
• CDL preferred.
• Cost estimating and computer experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team for the execution of cleaning projects.
• Serve as primary customer contact for projects and write/submit work plans.
• Document site activities, change orders, and provide field directives.
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and project budgets.
