Job summary

Beck & Pollitzer USA is seeking a Project Manager in Spartanburg, SC to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will coordinate with Engineering and Sales managers to grow the business in the region.

This role requires strong PM and commercial skills, experience with mechanical and electrical installations, and ability to lead a small team and manage subcontractors. Will travel to job sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mechanical and electrical engineering projects.
• Strong project management and commercial skills.
• Good IT and numeracy skills.
• Ability to lead small teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Knowledge of H&S legislation & risk management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with client and internal teams; prepare site meeting minutes.
• Produce change-order estimates; manage contract performance.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure safety, quality, and company procedures on site.
• Travel to multiple job sites and support offices as required.
