Responsible for delivering enhancements and medium-sized projects, coordinating across teams, planning deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with plan and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-5 years' experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server or relevant project management tool preferred.
• PMI PMP Certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of formal methodologies for planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Knowledge of eliciting and documenting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages full life-cycle from Initiation to Close for assigned enhancements and projects.
• Creates and maintains detailed project schedules for accurate tracking.
• Maintains project artifacts including charters, issue/action item and risk logs.
• Ensures governance standards and proper usage of PM tools.
• Coordinates with Resource Managers for project assignments.
• Manages budget, schedule and scope constraints.
